Expedite due to Job Offer
Hi
I am the beneficiary and have a job offer from a company based in California. I live outside the states and my wife and I have financial difficulty.
Would it help me to expedite my I-130?
What should I ask the company to include in their company’s letter & job offer?
What’s the best way to file for expedite Emma/congressman?

yes what Y E said … I would avoid mentioning financial difficulties- but mentioning that you have a great opportunity that will allow you to be able to work and pay taxes in the US as soon as possible is a positive addition to your personal situation but also to the country. I would emphasize on the great opportunity and try to expedite this way. you never know it might just work!
