yeah it’s definitely a disappointment after already waiting almost a year for USCIS to approve our petition

Yeah I followed the uscis processing times for my i130 approval but it ended up happening sooner, so I’m hoping for the same again to happen with nvc lol

4 months, but they couldn’t DQ two documents (tax form out of date as we filed so long ago!!! and a problem with a different piece of evidence). we worked hard to resubmit within 2 hours, and now it seems we are at the back of the queue again. they don’t respond to our attorney and no further insights yet. I’m devastated as I also have the job of my dreams lined up which I will now lose due to the continued delays, on top of missing my husband and stepson and having a life together. I don’t know how I can go on with so much lack of transparency!

ps our I-130 was approved at Texas service centre 20 Oct

unfortunately you start all over again so it will be another 3 months Im really sorry

what tax form did they say was out of date? just curious since the 864EZ form I filed out will be expired by the time they get to review it
