Every time I talked to online agent through Emma, I always have 80 percent to meet rude agents and disconnect me directly or rude….. The 15 percent that you can meet good agent, but they always give you the answer that you can know by yourself. Only last 5 percent, you can meet nice agent and also give you some info they you expect, but still standard response! Your case is still pending, everything looks good, you just need to be patient and wait, your case is awaiting an officer for adjudication. please let officers have more time to process, thanks! In the late of August, USCIS said that they would prioritize the EB cases, however, the lucky one not you. People expect RFE. People asked about PD, about processing center. Delays let me generate the illusion. I would think why many months past and many people approved why the time still stuck in Oct 2020! Some people get approved faster in other center. Are you marriage or EB??? No track….. Wow, spillover, I am Row and I should be included. Wow, I am Row and I am current all the time, but why always other people get approved, but not me! I expected I can get green card and visit to my family before October, before November or December! NSC is just like a dead pool. When every month past, I should feel more close to GD, but I saw there are still people who filed before me still waiting, and it made me feel sad and I need to stop counting this month. Also, look other case in other center get green card and be happy! people have different reasons why they want to get green card soon. I think the only reason is that we would like to get rid of this waiting nightmare game and enjoy life, not like ants to be killed easily Spillover this year is a lot and NSC looks like keeping sleeping and do not accept any exepedite requests or listen to our voice and be mercey. Other center wakes up to get rid of cases and push it in the data board and NSC still in the dark hole! when you can not know, you just keep wanting know and later depression, exhaust and mental stress! Then same feeling like when your Labor certificate did not approve yet but government has stated process next month! Wait and wait! We do have a lot of Visa amounts for EB, but would NSC try to devote themselves to work on that?? Really don’t wanna month by month to count it and feel disappointed ☹️! Why all centers do not have same workflow? why can they be transparent, just like DOL to let us track what is current month of process month! The date for processing time is ridiculous and irresponsible! The gap is too big and we can not know, only can wait! I really don’t know who the heck make up with this kind of blind waiting! Wish all of us can get green soon in this year or early next year!
