John - I've been outside normal processing since July when c9 category timeline was 8 month and still I am! :)

Jade - 2x ER have been denied! honestly not sure what else they expect? both me and my partner have been out of work for 6 month and they yet to see that as a valid reason to expedite my case. its Crazy!

my expedition was denied in June

I don't think so, simple EB2. in Aug they approved my kid's AP only and sent RFE for missing photos. 65 days since response recieved and no action taken.

This is cruel tbh. They don’t get how much pain they are causing for thousands of families. Sorry for that Ethan, hope you get your combo soon

Thanks John. I know there are many others like me. I don't want this for anyone to happen. we all have limited financial savings.

We have to patiently wait.I applied for EAD renewal since Dec.2020 and until now..Nothing has been done...Expedite my case the last months..Nothing..They dont really care whether the case of out of the processing times nowadays..We can only stay calm and not be worried too much!!!All the Best!!

Feb 2021-nothing!!

I'm EB and out of job for 18 months. Multiple expedite requests denied. Now it feels like USCIS wants to kick legal immigrants out of US. I really wish someday every single one of people at USCIS takes full responsibility for this mess.

Nov. 20. Nebraska. EB3. Not gotten a thing, at this point I'm too tired to be bothered. 😌

Nov 2nd 2020, EB3 to EB2 downgrade. No EAD, AP
