I submitted my NVC documents on the 13th of August. I had an email asking for some other documents from the petitioner. Please will this prolong the wait time again? if yes please how long. thanks. pd was late year January 2020 but was approved this year in June 2021.

yes!! I submit paperwork’s for my kids from July and ending of August they sent for more, I send them September and heard nothing all October and Wednesday they email my son asking for my marriage certificate and w2. fingers crossed 🤞🏽 they speed up your!

I had an agent doing all my paperwork to send to nvc for my DS260 and my affidavit so I knew all the paperwork I need it to have and trust me they ask for a lot including your last 3 years income tax parents criminal background check divorce papers and much more
