hey guys, so the notice came in. turns out it had nothing to do with me as the beneficiary but with a document 📃 that my joint sponsor provided on the i-864. my lawyer encouraged me to refile instead of petitioning. so I’m currently refilling my I-485, I-765, I-131, I-693, all at once, again, as a family-based beneficiary of AOS.

*also sending in new i-864, I almost forgot to include that

the i-864 had been filed wrong by my joint sponsor

so with the help of a lawyer, I’ve refiled everything in my i-485 with the i-765, I-131, I-864, I-693 with all accompanying evidence
