confused.
So when I received my NOA1 I received it from California service centre. But 2 months back when I asked Emma- they said it’s in Texas but my lawyer says it’s in California 😅 today I’ve asked Emma about our upgrade from LPR to USC and they say it’s is upgraded and it’s currently in Texas. shall I take Texas service centre to be my current processing centre?

NVC expedite request
Hi guys
My wife is a US citizen and she filed I-130 for me and for my son (both of the petitions are approved by USCIS), our cases now with NVC
My question is: if we want to request for expedite the process, do we have to send 2 separate emails to the NVC or one email enough (and mentione the cases number + invoices number?)

Hello Everyone,
I filed my I-140 with a premium a month ago. However, I have not received any mails/updates on that.
Even though I submitted everything at the same time, I got my biometrics done earlier than expedited I-140. Has anyone experienced this before?

Question for K1 Filers
Hello, I have a question for those who entered the US with K1 visa and received green card. What is the date on the green card? Do we get the date we entered US or the date we received the green card. I just want to calculate when I can apply for citizenship. I know it has to be 33 months with green card.
Missed biometrics
so I posted here I missed biometrics appointment which was Dec 1st. since I dint get mail and didn't know u could print out from email. people here said they walked in and it was done.i did that but they Saud appointment is a must.others adviced I wait 60 days they are over.on my online account have notified them twice or thrice still nothimg.which number do u get to speak to an agent direct been trying but the robot won't let me go through.am using the number on website. it's so frustrating 😫 😤
I 751 transferred to another office/jurisdiction and N400 pending after interview has been attended
I 751 transferred to another office/jurisdiction and N400 pending after interview but still showing interview scheduled after attending interview and passing the test. any idea on why this? it's has been disturbing and worrisome that after N400 interview 4months ago the online account still reads interview scheduled not interview attended or passed or awaiting oath ceremony while the removal of condition has been transferred to National Benefit Center 6months ago. i have being travelling with temp I551 because the officer during interview said he can't make decision now as the removal of condition is pending in another Jurisdiction. any idea of what this could be about... ? This is more relating to Columbus Field Office

SSN work visa( J1)
I was here in 2019 with a work visa (J1) for students and I got my SSN. I'm doing Adjust Status with my Tourist Visa, I got married. Now my husband is going to do his taxes and he wants to add me. Can I use my SSN for that, even when I haven't had my interview yet? Because I don't have an ITIN number but I have my SSN.
