Hi everyone, can someone please advise me if you have received your EAD and Travel Documentation in December 2021 how long after that will we receive a notice again? We are planning on going on vacation the end of the year, it's been 3 years here without family and friends... So can't wait to see them again...

RFE Medical - I-693 form

I don’t have record of all my vaccines, I’m fully vaccinated against COVID. I know I got a lot of vaccines when I was a kid but I didn’t find any record or can’t ask my doctor because it might be too old (I’m 46 yrs) What vaccines should I take to comply with the I-693 form? or what should I do?

Sharing my case details (EB1-C)

Hello, just wanted to share my experience and maybe get some insights from the community. PD is August 2020 for my I485. Both I485 and I140 were applied at the same time, with I140 approved March 2021. EAD approved in Dec 2020, and figer prints also taken in Dec 2020. currently waiting on final I485 approval. Texas Service Center. I have seen a few posts in a similar situation and Texas backlog seems to high. My case will out of processing time in around 3 weeks. No RFE asked, and submitted medicals back in 2020. My plan is to ask a congressman to make a inquiry when its out of processing time, with a letter of support from the company. Biggest concern is being out of the 180 days of EAD extension (next May). Any one have a similar experience, Any tips? Should i only focus on expediting the EAD renewal or just resquest to review my I485? Thank you for your time, hopping we all get approvals.

It’s been 200days still haven’t heard anything back. The wait is driving me crazy. I sleep with headaches and wake up with headaches thinking when my case will be approved.

Expedite request - further information needed

Hi all, our lawyer filed expedite requests for my husband (main petitioner for our employment-based GC), me and our daughter. This morning my husband’s request was denied (it is not urgent, we can extend his visa), however mine is set on “further information needed” (potentially because my EAD is about to expire in two weeks). What can we send in as further evidence that is strong enough? I will send in an email from my employer stating the end date of my work permit as well as that no further payment can be received until I provide a work permit (or GC). Do you think that is sufficient to count as financial hardship? And how quickly do you hear back after you provide further evidence?
