RFE Medical - I-693 form
I don’t have record of all my vaccines, I’m fully vaccinated against COVID. I know I got a lot of vaccines when I was a kid but I didn’t find any record or can’t ask my doctor because it might be too old (I’m 46 yrs) What vaccines should I take to comply with the I-693 form? or what should I do?

if you don’t have records you will need to take the vaccines, the doctor will tell you the Tdap, varicella and rubella

Hi Carlos, in my case, the Dr sent me to a lab, they tested my blood to see which vaccines did I have, it was very easy.

you don’t retake the vaccines, you need a blood panel done to see what vaccines (they test that via antibody count) you already have received. If you are missing anything, take only that but the blood panel is best.

My country has different vaccination requirements than the US so I also had a blood/antibody test (for extra charge, around $80 total). The doctor came back with the results a few days later and told me which vaccines I had to take to comply with the vaccine requirements and I got my 7 disease vaccine cocktail the next day at CVS that was fully covered by my husbands insurance. No delays in paperwork because of this, they gave me the med form in the promised one week timeframe

you can find the vaccination requirements here: https://www.uscis.gov/tools/designated-civil-surgeons/vaccination-requirements note that they will consider the vaccine requirements and age appropriateness so in your case they probably won’t make you take a vaccine that is meant for young children

that’s a great answer @ e c. I did the same because my records were all over the place, some misplaced and I find the blood/antibody thing actually works better because it’s done by an American lab, no doubts about its accuracy, it’s recent, no need for translation etc you put it much more eloquently than I lol
