I-140 Premium (no answer in a month)
Hello Everyone,
I filed my I-140 with a premium a month ago. However, I have not received any mails/updates on that.
Even though I submitted everything at the same time, I got my biometrics done earlier than expedited I-140. Has anyone experienced this before?

Hi, yes. Premium processing is available for my category. I got a mail that my i485, i131, i765 were received but nothing for i140 yet.

you can call uscis and ask info pass so that you can talk to the officer
