Need advice
just to make sure that I’m not doing something wrong. my EAD base on asylum is expired on April and I applied for adjustment base mariage and my 485 still actively reviewing . so do I have to renew my EAD base on asylum while I’m waiting for my EAD base on mariage?

if you concurrently submitted i765 with your i485 just wait for your AOS EAD it will come before a pending asylum EAD. those are taking over a year
