I 751 transferred to another office/jurisdiction and N400 pending after interview has been attended
I 751 transferred to another office/jurisdiction and N400 pending after interview but still showing interview scheduled after attending interview and passing the test. any idea on why this? it's has been disturbing and worrisome that after N400 interview 4months ago the online account still reads interview scheduled not interview attended or passed or awaiting oath ceremony while the removal of condition has been transferred to National Benefit Center 6months ago. i have being travelling with temp I551 because the officer during interview said he can't make decision now as the removal of condition is pending in another Jurisdiction. any idea of what this could be about... ? This is more relating to Columbus Field Office

Did you get your conditions removed ? Did you attend the N400 with your spouse ?

@helpful Manny.. The condition was transfered to another Jurisdiction (National Benefit Center). I went with my wife for the N400 but she was not called into the interview room. she was seating at the waiting area where the officer came to pick me.
he only said the Removal is pending approval from the other office hence he can't make decisions. just confused and worried

@judelove. it was about sending latest tax return since sent the application before tax was filled that year and joint means of identification like licence.. showing same address and some life insurance document

I sent similar RFE response and got approval in 60 days. Goid luck buddy. I am now applying for N400.

@manny ok thanks. mine was filing concurrently while I751 was still pending but I got interviewed for N400 in the process but I was told I751 was in another office National Benefit Center Hence he can't approve N400.

@cheis.. yes but she didn't enter in to the interview room with me. we only sat together at the waiting area .then I was called in!

we in same situation they no take decesion in my case and both case peding am passed my civic test but they not put both case together this situation is driving me crazy
