4 day after second interview and the status still “interview was schedule” it’ll be changed only when they have a decision or it should be “interview was done “?

EAD renewal is over 13months and still not approved.

Application is over 2years now and EAD renewal is over 13months and still not approved but l-140 was approved Two weeks ago. Do l keep calling them for my EAD renewal or still give them some time. it's been 13months since l applied for a renewal. ls 13months outside normal processing time for EAD renewal?

guys my husband N 400 is scheduled for interview yesterday. he hasn’t received the letter as yet what are some things to expect on/for the interview and how long does the oath ceremony and fingerprints take if he’s approved?

I-90 for lost Green Card in the mail

USPS lost my green card in the mail somehwere between local post office and my home. when i filed i-90 for replacement i recieved a biometrics appoitment later on!!! can we just use my initial biometrics taken to issue the orginal one? they were taken 6 months ago!

Any June filers got scheduled for interview? My case was ready to be scheduled almost 5months now but still no update.

My processing time for my all 4 pending case shows 250 days, so to my old user does that mean that from the day I filed my case it going to take 250 days for my case to be approved or determined ? just making sure I understand it.

Hi guys just wondering to know how long does it take USCIS update info on their website case tracking after interview? My interview was on Feb 3 in Chicago fo, officer was good but it was tough interview. My lawyer said that I handled it good. My question is does USCIS update tracking info or should I wait 2 / 3 weeks to get what’s the outcome? please share your experience… thanks

hello, I am applying for student visa in US. the thing is that my uncle applied for our immigration in 2008 but our family has still not received it. also, my father passed away in Nov, 2021. my uncle says that the immigration won't be valid for us anymore. i'm worried if it will influence my visa status as student? can vo reject it on this basis? also, I am 26 already and already not eligible to immigrate with family even if my father was alive.

Hey everybody, good to be on this forum. however I just have a few questions while waiting for this whole process. 1. Has anybody been able to add their spouse on lease without ssn, our apartment requires ssn so we can’t seem to do that. 2. has anybody been able to open a bank account yet without ssn, what bank and documents did you provide. 3. Anybody help with information about getting insurance. 4. when it comes to filing tax returns, is it okay for my wife to file as single since I don’t have an SSN yet and not currently working? it’s like basically, we need the ssn for everything but the process itself is long af. helpful tips will be appreciated.

I Got a notice today in my lawyer's name, from the field office. It says call-in letter. They copied my husband and I. It says we should come to the field office with recent tax transcript and other joint documents. We actually submitted a lot of documents already. The form sent is titled G56 .Please who has this experience of form G56? Interview was two weeks ago.

I receive a rfe but my question is, they ask for the W2 but I don’t have the originals anymore, only the ones that it’s on the Tax Return. is that enough? we also have the transcript for the IRS and the Wage for IRS

Hi family, I have a GC application in process since August 2021. I got SSN recently because I got an on campus job at my school. Should I upload the scanned copy of my SSN to my 485 and 765 USCIS account?
