you can put in a service request ,or you can call on monday and have the agent put in a case inquiry for you if it has been more than 60 days since they received your rfe response.and they have within 30 days to answer…what was the rfe for?

I have had a Ref since November and responding immediately I am still waiting for my EAD approval. Can I expedite? I have also given biometrics. please any advice

what i did was put in a case inquiry hopefully within 30 days i get a response .you can put an expedite if you have some proof to submit just incase they asked @ER Ka you could of put in a e-request since they havent answer you after 60 days of submitting your rfe response

@pr pr im still patiently waiting for a response since they never responded for the past 60 day since rfe response received .i havent passed 30 days yet so hopefully i hear something

they have answer me that they received the document and now there is nothing ellse they require because I also gave biometrics
