We had interview two weeks ago. Interview went very Well. So Today we are not currently at home but I can see from USPS informed delivery that a mail from USCIS is coming to our house today. The mail is in our Lawyer's name but they "CC" us. That is below our Lawyer's name ,our names were written. My name/My husband's name. Just one piece of mail. I'm so nervous. I hope it's good news
Any EAD c9 June 2021 filers from Nebraska SC?
Tried contacting officer via phone, been told EADs are taking about a year despite in the website says 4 - 9.5 months (as of today). What’s the right expectation? #EAD #I-765 #Nebraska

EAD c(9) filed March 23, 2021
Has anyone received their EAD based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)]?
I filed late March and still haven't received anything. The last update from USCIS is that my name was updated in July. Because my case is filed under VAWA it's sealed up and I can't get any other information from USCIS, especially Level 1 Officers. I got an appointment at my local USCIS Field Office, and spoke to a Level 3 Officer who said she would work on trying to advocate for my case, but nothing. I also reached out to my senator a month ago to request assistance. they only submit a case about a week ago and I haven't heard anything yet from them. I tried submitting a case inquiry about a week ago, but also nothing.
I received a job offer from a prestigious nonprofit international organization that works with governments and I'm worried I might lose the job offer if I don't get the EAD on time.
Does anyone have advice on how to get assistance?
Hello anyone with Charleston SC?
wondering about people's experiences with how long it took for approvals / scheduled interview ?###
