EB1-C in process - Legal stay
while EB1-C in process with USCIS & waiting for decision on I 140 , I 485 , I 765 & I 131 can anyone continue to stay legally in US even after current visa status ( maximum years completion ) validity ?

Yes. If you filed your application while you were in your visa, and your visa was valid at that time then you are good. However, just to be sure, I suggest you talk to an immigration attorney.

once you don't have a decision on ur 485 yet, you can stay

EB1C filed October 2020 concurrently Nebraska pending I140 and I485 BIO completed May 2021. no update since. I765 EAD has been approved Jan 2022.
