My I-130 is being actively rewiewed today Friday after 6 months. Someone can share experience about it? How long you get approved after that?

Expanded Premium processing to include EB1C? Anyone heard any updates?
After the decision in December and it went to congress has there been any word on when EB1C and 765 will be added to premium processing?

Any July 2021 filers getting positive news?
I’m at the Brooklyn, NY Field Office. It’s been crickets since my biometrics in September. No EAD, AP or interview scheduled.

De-Scheduled interview - Houston Office
I was scheduled for an interview on the 1st week of February and they cancelled it a week ago. I called the USCIS call center and the specialist said the Houston office was closed for 2 days, may have something to do with the weather. But my cancellation notice was posted on last week of January. No reasons were given. Anybody know if we can contact the Houston office directly?
So much of this is so backwards and non-sensical!
I am still waiting for a letter to tell me when my interview will be after a week and a half. My spouse has to book PTO to do it, and they haven’t even posted it online.
I’m also walking into the interview without an I-131 and I-765, which also means that I can’t get photo ID of any kind in the state I reside in.
We’re both just frustrated and tired. My step-father has been in the hospital for 2 months and I can’t do anything to help because I can’t just waltz back home to attend to it and then come back. It’s also not worth going in to demand an emergency I-131 because they’ve been dangling an end to this process for the same amount of time that it’s been a necessity. My passport is set to expire in June, 2022. My spouse and I are a year behind in me returning to school to finish my education, so I’m going to be in school for another 3 years instead of 2 like originally intended because it would be over $40,000 for a single year of tuition as an “international student” (despite living here, owning property here, and paying property taxes for a year)… it’s like USCIS just wants you to gas out and give up.
Case filed August, 2021
has anyone that filed august 2021 received any news yet? I notice a lot of people getting decisions that filed after us.

Minor Kids AOS
my minor step kids AOS is in progress. i am also in the process of legally adopting them, which may take a while. does anyone know once the adoption process is complete, will they become citizens automatically even if the I485 is in process? I am USC and kids living with us ( me and the biological mum) since last 1 year.
