I think it depends on the service center that’s processing your case. Some service centers takes longer compred to others. So you can check the processing timeline for all the centers on the uscis website. It will give u the accurate time.

no, it takes 9-12 months to get approved. then it takes a month or so to go to NVC

my case was transfer after 3 days approved USCIS send to NVC
