Responding to the RFE twice ? Please read the whole discription
I resonded to my RFE on Feb 1, 2021 via online. The same day I also sent the entire - same documents but original certified copies by mail - the mail was delivered to its PO Box yesterday afternoon - 3 days after submitting it online. The online submission is unfortunately blurry - Marriage certificate is not very legable (readable) and it has void watermark over it due to antiscanning policy. I honestly misunderstood because I did not know that the online response will be ‘official’. I
also uploaded better copy online yesterday as an unsolicited evidence. My status says RFE response recieved since Feb 1 - online submission. Does anyone of you have experience of responding to the same RFE twice ? what was your result of it?

I’m a US Citizen applying a petition for my husband who is abroad. It’s been 7 months since I submitted my I-130 and Texas Service Center is in charge of my case. Any idea why it’s taking long? Others already had theirs approved.

66% = 9 day. ...........til 10% = 14 days
and then it shows how many percent for how long of the day to get the answer from the USCIS ???
So.....the message can be sure or not becase I have waited for 4 years until now since it said they received my message but never decided about my case. Can anyone give the answer for me ???

Hi it’s been 8 months my case for I 765 file received by uscis and it is from Nebraska Service center, but no decision yet. Any idea about how long does it take and why is it lingering for such a long period of time? It is more than 8 months I applied for I -765. Any idea will be greatly appreciated!!

Administratively closed I-485
Hi guys,
Does anyone have any experience on having their I-485 adjustment of status administratively closed? We filed I-130 and I-485 concurrently. I-130 was approved but I never received anything for I-485. No updates on the tracker either. Today after calling USCIS help center I learned that my I-485 was administratively closed. I never received notice of closure or anything in the mail. Case tracker only indicates fingerprints were added to my record nothing after that. The Rep I spoke to wouldn’t tell me when it was closed only that she would have someone call me back. I did some research on administrative closure and I’m getting mix results. Has anyone experience same? Additionally I have TPS and I’ve been paroled into the country multiple times never had an issue with removal proceedings. I’m really at a lost and feel like my case is in limbo somewhere.

I received the combo card the 26th and ny SSN arrived today 🥰🙏

so scared
my husband of almost 4 years refuse to go to Israel interview which is on 2/15 we share a beautiful baby boy together but because my 7 year old who is not is son who is always rude he refuses to go I don't know what to do but for sure I will be showing up at that interview with or without him wish me luck guys and ha e anyone been in any situation like this before please let know!!!
