we also sent our petition in the last days of August. But they returned it in September to us. that’s why October 😔 so hard to wait

We're April 7, 2021 and still waiting. It seems the California center is notorious for taking a really long time.

yea right now we have 4 months waiting lets say May would be like 7 months maybe…lets pray things get better and faster😭 i had a friend who did it 3 years ago and she got approved in 5-6 months🥺

October - realistically you’ll get it in September.

Paula - yes, it’s not a good time for being Russian but on the other hand I think that it’s also somewhat deserved since russia should have never invaded a sovereign country

If it will be so long and how USCIS say about that. but actually they approve more then 50% petition before 1st number (if 9-12 months then more than 50% petition will approved before 9 months)

2. there is a big chance that USA will stop giving out visas to Russians (except refuge type) due to what Russia is doing now.

oh, Russia = not Russians, common! and don’t worry about me and so on, because they will not do that! its freedom in USA - they can’t say for Americans that you can’t get married on Russian girl! Even if they will do they will change it so quick. And on USCIS they said that 50% will be considered before 9 months…that’s why we have that possibility that it will be approved before summer time or in summer time!

It’s politics and people know about that! and stop say that stuff there, please!

I’m not trying to be negative but more realistic, that’s it. if nothing changes with uscis processing it could be more than 12 months. when I have applied in March, uscis indicated 6-8 months. Same thing - 50% at 6 months. Realistically now - it’s 11 months or more - look who is getting approved now here.

I’m not trying to be political here, but watching news… big chance US and European embassies will stop giving out visas for some time.

here just a little part of people who sent petition or waiting. anyway we have some more months of waiting. when we send it was 5-7,5…and it’s not actually works now anyway. but people get approved their petition sometimes more faster that it should be. USA can’t do that for fiancé or wife. because they can’t say for Americans citizens that they can’t be with Russian woman. You just need to realize and understand that it’s all political! It’s not about people from Russia,it’s about president, first. And don’t forget that people can’t believe in 100% in all that news say because believe all news not super clear and full in all countries…that’s terrible what happened…but even Russian people what we could do? nothing…
