Employment based GC
dear all,
I’ve been hearing that uscis has been waiving interviews for employment based GC? anybody can confirm? also, our EAD and advance travel parole were issued and delivered two weeks ago, how long does it usually take after that to get the GC approved? any insights are very much appreciated please.

I have a case in NVC in México, 3 years ago my case was sent to NVC and yes I get interview last year but was canceled because of the pandemic, since then I haven’t get nothing from the NVC my lawyer send request but they haven’t respond , yes they keep getting new cases and interviews but my cases it’s been stuck in there and I don’t understand why they don’t reschedule for those whose been waiting for so long already like my case and so much people like my case, stressful every day thinking what happens to my case, my lawyer said all what we can do is wait. anyone here on the same situation like mine.

Has anyone filed similar timelines to me for eb2 niw where it’s concurrent, but only by one week for Eb2 niw. I’m just wondering how long it took to get the i485 approved after i140 in this case

My attorney sent RFE response packet to potomac service center instead of Texas service center and it is accepted and signed
I have received RFE and my attorney responded to my RFE and sent packet to Potomac service center which is mentioned on top of RFE letter but in the bottom they requested to send Texas service center. But some one signed the packet and took it at potomac center. Will be a problem or shall I send packet again to Texas center
ignorance to eb1c cases
all approved cases of I140 are only when you apply PP which is not allowed in EB1C. PP with other categories is only earning money for USCIS and let EB1C be ignored completely that makes EB1C slightly becoming EB2/3. Not sure, why the fastest category became the slowest category for I140 approval pointof view.
EAD And Advance parole Renewal
Hey guys hope all is well. I travelled on my Combo Cars for the first time and now last July and now inam filling out the renewal forms for my 3rd combo card. Would anyone happen to know if my admission status has changed from b1-B2 vistor adustment of status to parolee. Does it remain the same. Since we are still waiting on a decision for my green card through marriage. It has been a very long time waiting. am confused. Thank you. hoping someone can help out here asap.

Why do I get interview date without EAD?
I had biometrics in November ending and was expecting my EAD but instead got interview date first. Is this normal?

Hello everyone. me and my husband attended marraige based interview for his adjustment of status on October 6 , 2021 at the NYC federal plaza office. still no word from them. the IO said he would recommend us for approval but didnt get green card for my husband till this day. we filed October 5, 2021 . anyone in a similar situation, his work permit has expired its so fustrating.
upgrade from lpr to usc- any notice?
We filed for i130 when m spouse was an LPR, we had sent an upgrade request to US citizen after he became one. my question is will they send a notice or something that it got upgraded to US citizen? When we had asked Emma regarding this 1 month after submitting the naturalisation certificate- they said it was still in LPR and to process the request it would take 30 days for them to respond to that. 30 days have past- but we have not received any notification or notice regarding the same. Will we get any notice of upgrade?
i360 vawa approved and applied to i824 for consular processing.Do I need to apply for i601 as well because I am not sure if there is a 10 years bar. does it effect vawa?
Hi guys when I was in USA I applied for i360 vawa and got approved(2018) but I never received approval notice I found out when I applied to FOIA. I left on 2019 I applied for i824 for consular processing maybe I have 10 years bar is this bar applies to my case?Also if I have a bar how can find out?
