No Update for 130
Hi guys, I have filed i130 along with 485 and 765. I had my biometrics done recently and 485 and 765 being actively reviewed. However the i130 has no updates(6 months) , my wife is a US citizen. Is it normal for i130 to have no updates?

Yes, it's normal. There are people still waiting since 2019, and there are also people approved who submitted only in 2021.

I think is pretty normal same here. I’m us citizen and my husband case says the same no updates yet😞 only thing it says after he did bio it’s actively being reviewed no RFE nothing
