Congressman
I requested help from my congressman due to being outside processing times at TSC, however, they are unable to help at the moment as they have their own standards before supporting.
Essentially, they will only help if you go outside of the processing time at the field office you would be moved to for final adjudication or interview. My FO has a processing time of 12 - 28 months, opposed to TSC which is 10.5 to 19 - so they won’t help.
In short, due to the number of requests they are getting they are not getting involved unless processing time is outside of the FO you will end up with.
Expedite Advance Parole / Emmergency
Hi everyone,
I applied for a I-131 back in August 2021 (when processing times were 3-5 months) and it’s currently delayed.
I need to travel as I have a family member back home very ill, so my lawyer gave me the advice to ask for an Infopass Appointment to try an Expedite Advance Parole.
Anyone here did it? How was it?

Filing N-400 while I-751(waiver) is Pending since 2019.
yesterday I file my Naturalization (N-400) in Texas. I file my i-751 as a divorces waiver in February 2019. since ever nothing change in my case status. Case status is showing that My case is ready to schedule an Interview. but I don't know when they will call me for interview. many people suggested me to file N400 as well that may be they make my both interviews at same. and also N400 can push my i751 to interview & decision. hope all the best 🤞

Hello everyone. I have received my RFE for medical and they didn’t updated on my case was sent. I already have sent the RFE. They have received it but again, not updated on my case status and lawfully. This is normal? BOSTON FIELD OFFICE. My case was in NBC, but I didn’t received notification moved to BOSTON FO.

I did my interview today and everything was fine the offecr who interview us was nice. simple questions about us it was by the camera the interview , he told us 2-3 weeks you should receive a letter if we need more information or you approved . I notice it’s the status change to case must be reviewed anyone has the same situation. Thank you all
Request for Initial Evidence
Hello everyone,
I just got notified that my I-485 and I-130 status changed to Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent. Any ideas that could be? My PD is Oct 5th, 2021. Biometrics are already taken. Been in “Actively Reviewed” since then. I’m just very worried this might cause long delays.
