Congressman
I requested help from my congressman due to being outside processing times at TSC, however, they are unable to help at the moment as they have their own standards before supporting.
Essentially, they will only help if you go outside of the processing time at the field office you would be moved to for final adjudication or interview. My FO has a processing time of 12 - 28 months, opposed to TSC which is 10.5 to 19 - so they won’t help.
In short, due to the number of requests they are getting they are not getting involved unless processing time is outside of the FO you will end up with.

Do you just have one congressman? There are several in my region and ours luckily reached out. Still waiting to hear back though.
