@rucci call uscis right now say infopass and tell the agent you want to put in a case inquiry and they would give you a confirmation number tell them you are trying to put in inquiry for an rfe you send in 3 months ago that you havent gotten a response yet and within 30 days they should answer you

my case it’s more 5 months from they received my RFE , and state still RFE WAS RECEIVED

@sammmm22 i think you should call a agent to and put in a case inquiry on the uscis when you go and see it says on the site if you havent heard from uscis by the 60th day put in a e request but i put mine in with an agent

@ first name last name, i did e request and they said A review of electronic systems indicates that your application is currently with an Immigration Service Officer. You should receive a decision notice or notice of other action within 45 days of the date of this letter. but nothing happened new.

We are waiting since over 5 months :/
