Request for Initial Evidence
Hello everyone,
I just got notified that my I-485 and I-130 status changed to Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent. Any ideas that could be? My PD is Oct 5th, 2021. Biometrics are already taken. Been in “Actively Reviewed” since then. I’m just very worried this might cause long delays.

its a normal process, chexk ur online account to see what they are needing, it might be something that you can simply upload it there, wats ur service center

I checked in the Documents section but it was not there. It is NBC.

how abt live chat, try doing that and see if they can give you some info, i m sure they will upload it with in day or two, definitely before the notice gets in ur mail

it may be just a verification of the document you submit or an added document they need you to submit. it also be your physicals.

live chat wont be able to tell you what they sent ,only the officer has access to that information.

@huy le i sent mines through mail and they received it but been waiting since november of 2021 for an answer

mine was for marriage certificate and I confident I sent one with my initial submission
