Expedite Advance Parole / Emmergency
Hi everyone, I applied for a I-131 back in August 2021 (when processing times were 3-5 months) and it’s currently delayed. I need to travel as I have a family member back home very ill, so my lawyer gave me the advice to ask for an Infopass Appointment to try an Expedite Advance Parole. Anyone here did it? How was it? thanks!

For those who got the emmergency advance parole approved, is it valid for one trip only or has an expiration date?
………waiting still waiting…….Feb 3, 2022
1. search emergency travel in the Uscis website 2.click emergency travel 3. scroll down : Emergency advance parole documents 4. click Uscis contact center 5.click in person services 6. call the number and explain your situation and gather all the documents listed on the emergency advance parole documents, and tell them you already did biometrics for I 131 and ask them what to do. hope this helps.
