They are working on Oct-Dec 2020 cases. They are mainly focused on Oct cases. I had this info from the people that monitor their website and scrap data from it.

all centers are backed up. They all have a range of processing times between 11 and 13 months. It will continue to rise. Realistically, it will take anywhere between 14 and 16 months, and that’s if they pick up the pace.

congressman inquired on my behalf for both i485 and i765. they said they are currently processing December 2020 cases at Texas SC.

@nick b really? my green card application is in Texas service center. they are processing the December 2020? when I check the processing time of the green card in Texas they said it needs 19 months to 45 months

today I got the info. both got the reply from the Congressman and the USCIS tier 2 same day.

@Niko: I hope that’s true. waiting for reply from both and we are June. My work permit is running out on the 22nd so if we would hear back by next week or so that would be amazing.

mine is as well runs out March and have had every expedite request denied even by Congressman and senator. managed to squeeze in an expedite for the i485 as well and those are always denied as well.

may eb2, that's a good question that no one seems to be able to ever answer when it's asked. the response to my outside normal processing time request was we had to perform additional review and you are now in line for processing and adjudication. whatever that means

yup the thing is everyone gets the same answer so it really doesn't say why the case took longer. it just an oops took longer but thanks for reminding us answer
