Has anyone filed similar timelines to me for eb2 niw where it’s concurrent, but only by one week for Eb2 niw. I’m just wondering how long it took to get the i485 approved after i140 in this case

i filed them concurrently in Feb 2021. 140 in premium so it was approved after a couple of weeks. 485 still pending.. medical RFE received mid dec.

mine is in Texas. EB2-NIW. got GC being produced yesterday. 263 days after the I-140 approval. the 263 days include RFE timeline. no interview.

My I-140 EB2-NIW (submitted Nov 2020) was approved on October 6, 2021, I’m still waiting to recieve the RFE for medicals for my I-485. Nothing yet.

i called USCIS and they told me premium processing for EB2 NIW is available and an attorney told me to however on the USCIS website it says it’s not

Has anyone got a non concurrent (or close to, like mine) that has had i485 approved for eb2 niw at Nebraska? I am trying. to figure out how much longer it may be….

@Kh A - yes, it's for my I-140, I filed Nov 20,2020 in Nebrasks. Concurrent filing.

thanks, I do have an attorney that initially started the process for me. hopefully it's nothing too complicated and just a formality.

my I-140 was filled in May 2020 and approved on May 2021. almost 1 year for the approval. filled concurrent. on Nov 2021 I got RFE for medical and other docs already submitted. I sent everything in December 2021 and Feb 2022 the approval. no interview .

Mine is NIW and non concurrent. PD is Nov/2020, 140 approved Oct/2021, 485 submitted Dec/2021, bio on Jan/2022. And nothing updated yet :) I hope all of us will get GC soon!
