Employment based GC
dear all,
I’ve been hearing that uscis has been waiving interviews for employment based GC? anybody can confirm? also, our EAD and advance travel parole were issued and delivered two weeks ago, how long does it usually take after that to get the GC approved? any insights are very much appreciated please.

Marwan you're at NBC.. your GC will come in a few months.. they are processing your category very fast..

We are EB1-1 and are waiting since June 2020. So it will be… a while :(

@Dan We are in Texas and now well out of normal processing times. Trying to expedite via lawyers and congressman now. Otherwise we will apply for visa extension. I just hope the new ruling for the L2 visas keeps me working.

@Marwan no interview fo employment based visas. Fortunately we (my wife , my daughter and myself) received our GC less than 5 months of applying. NBC
