please use proper fax machine like in fedex stores. you can do it in fedex store with a fee

@F C I hope you get positive response soon. I myself did expedite, then they emailed me fax number with attn number on Jan 3rd, I faxed at fedex store the same day. on 4th they emailed me back to have received it, and on 5th card is being produced. hope you hear from them soon
