EAD renewal is over 13months and still not approved.
Application is over 2years now and EAD renewal is over 13months and still not approved but l-140 was approved Two weeks ago.
Do l keep calling them for my EAD renewal or still give them some time. it's been 13months since l applied for a renewal.
ls 13months outside normal processing time for EAD renewal?

same here, Eb2-NIW Texas. I-140 approved August 2020. Ead renewal sent Nov 9 2020, still waiting

i-485 is April 2018, send the medicals RFE in November. still waiting as well

@Ed D: have you called USCIS, raised service requests, talked to ombudsman and your senator / congress representative? I-485 submitted in April 2018 is insane!! any reason for this huge delay?

i did 2 service requests, contacted tier 2 agent, always the same copy/paste answers. it’s crazy, UCSIS is probably the worst government agency nowadays. at least I’ve received medicals RFE in November, hopefully the GC is coming soon
