call them and say info pass or expedite they connect to an agent but they dont say much about your case. they have limited access to cases

@peter you must of been calling the wrong number because uscis number does work

yeah its work to talk with a robot, there is no way to talk with an agent on this number, they always ask yo your receipt number and at the end the robots just rear your statue for, just tell me how did you get an agent?? what did you said to the robbots
