Missed biometrics
so I posted here I missed biometrics appointment which was Dec 1st. since I dint get mail and didn't know u could print out from email. people here said they walked in and it was done.i did that but they Saud appointment is a must.others adviced I wait 60 days they are over.on my online account have notified them twice or thrice still nothimg.which number do u get to speak to an agent direct been trying but the robot won't let me go through.am using the number on website. it's so frustrating 😫 😤

Call the 800 number in the morning and just say infopass. It will connect you to an agent.

My husband is going through the same thing. We never received the notice with the time and date, we submitted an e-request and still nothing. When we called, they said we must wait for the local office to notify him. Were you able to obtain another appointment? it’s soooo frustrating.
