Aug 23 got an RFE asking for my medical form I-693 THIS WAS THE TEXT
• If you receive an interview notice in the mail, you must bring the information and evidence required to your interview appointment. Failure to bring the information and evidence to your interview appointment may result
in the denial of your Form I-485.
• If your case does not require an interview, you will receive a Request for Evidence with further instructions.
Aug 27 status update: Waiting to be scheduled for an interview.
Feb 8 STATUS UPDATE :
Request for Initial and Additional Evidence Was Mailed
On February 8, 2022, we mailed a request for initial and additional evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status,
does this mean that they will waive my interview?

Does EAD/ I-765 renewal time vary by Service Center?
Recently filed an EAD renewal (pending marriage-based I-485 (K-1) ). Some people on here seem to be having very long processing times (1 year+), while others are much quicker. My notice is from NBC and I have an IOE case number - is that likely to be quicker than other service centres such as Texas or California?

We must apologize, due to unprecedented processing delays at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the resulting volume of requests for case assistance we receive, the CIS Ombudsman’s Office has not yet been able to take action on your request. For your information, we are temporarily prioritizing those requests in which our intervention may be most effective. Those include requests involving:
non-receipt of USCIS notices or decisions;
cases where a noncitizen will “age-out” within 90 days;
certain cases involving U.S. military personnel and their families;
clear USCIS error;
individuals in removal proceedings with a hearing scheduled within 6 months;
delays with USCIS sending an approved petition to the U.S. Department of State’s National Visa Center; and

EAD approved after chatting with live agent
This is for my son , dependant. I chatted with a live agent and she told me that his case was still in the processing time frame. I was a little disappointed after I checked the processing time and noticed that it is 11 months. a few hours later I got an alert with the exciting news🎉🎉🎉🎉

How can I get through to an Agent on USCIS?
Hi guys can anyone help me how can I speak with an Agent on USCIS by calling them? it’s tough to get trough? i missed the notice they sent me few months ago and it’s taking forever for them to process my EAD combo card, it has been 348 days so far! Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
I-765 EAD at Vermont Service Center
Has anyone filed in late July been approved for their EAD. my receipt number starts with EAC212 and my case status still says finger print fee waived even though, I had my biometrics done in late August 2021. Is anybody else at Vermont Service center case status not showing any updates? please share your experience late July filers at Vermont Service Center .
