k1 visa
hi guys quick question my fiancé lives in Turkey I came to visit him but I decided to stay with him until our visa gets approved.. it’s been 4 months now I’m here with him.. we filed for our case in April 2021 do you guys think it will be a problem if i stay here with him? thanks in advance

just make sure you are having tax reports that meet the minimum income requirement or a joint sponsor. Lucky you, I wish my fiancé could had done it when we were waiting for my K1

Lucky you. I'm in Turkey now and my fiance is in the USA. We filed for our case on Sept. 2021.
Is it possible to enter the US using my tourist visa while we have an ongoing K1 case?. Thanks for Answering.

hi Tina I had the same question and I asked an immigration lawyer but he said once you apply for k1 visa it’s not recommended to apply for any other visa’s .
