How can I get through to an Agent on USCIS?
Hi guys can anyone help me how can I speak with an Agent on USCIS by calling them? it’s tough to get trough? i missed the notice they sent me few months ago and it’s taking forever for them to process my EAD combo card, it has been 348 days so far! Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

i received a notice on Saturday 5th that I have being sheduled for biometric that will receive my appointment on or before March 7 pls what should I do so I don’t miss this appointment should I call USCIS and get the state and time pls

you will get a letter for your appointment through mail. May be you can call uscis to ensure

check your doc if you have online account. print letter of notification from there

You can send a message in the website, they may* call you back in a week or two. Or you can try to "schedule an appointment" on the phone after waiting on hold for an hour or longer.

Thank you guys I called USCIS but looks like you can’t do anything and suggested my to mail them! They were not Helpful at all
