Unfortinately not. Only once it’s in the system (so our lawyers submitted some last week and the week before and they only show as Monday and today as „received“).

Yes, there is, I made a post a couple of days ago. if you have account on egov.uscis.gov, you can add your case and under case history you'll see status of your expedite request.

can i add the expedite request to my uscis account with just my confirmation number?

you create an account and use your number for what you filed (let’s say i485, i140, EAD and AP). it will automatically show you the history and where it’s at. you can also just add it into this app and it will show the latest status.

I have those on my account already. I have the confirmation number for expedite request. I am unsure if they will send me a case number for my expedite. I wanted to know if there is a way to check expedite status with my confirmation number.

It will at some point show up eventually. when did you file? it took 1-2 weeks to show up in my account (see above). We filed over 1-2 weeks ago and it only showed up yesterday „expedite request received“ on one and on the other today. But both were filed in January. there seems a time delay between filing those request and them being connected with your case(s).

there isn't a way to add expedite confirmation number and check it, but on egov.uscis.gov status of the expedite will be visible under the case for which you filled your expedite request. in my case I filled expedite for i-765 and on my account under that i-765 case was status of expedite request with the same confirmation # that agent gave me, otherwise you can use emma chat to inquire about status, it's much faster than calling them.

Just doubled checked: we submitted one request on 01/26 and only this morning it said „request received“. We filed one early last week and that was in the system yesterday. We had to sent supporting materials for both requests. The one that only was in the system today we sent the email around lunch time and we got a rejection 2h later. The other request (filed a week later and that ended up in the system before) we sent supporting material yesterday and not response yet (so clinging to hope here).

@AG: the one we submitted first but was in the system yesterday requested further evidence and an hour after we send it was rejected. The one we submitted first and requested (and received) evidence last Monday is still pending. the rejected one is the one for the EAD, the pending one for the GC.

@Sarah Bee - if you don't mind me asking, what was the reason for expedite? only asking since they rejected.
