waiting times AOS
does someone knows if there are different waiting times based on category? I 485 wait different if it’s for employment bases EB1 EB2 or EB3? Or it doesn’t matter and they don’t care in AOS about this anymore time same time wait for all categories? #AOS #I-485 #waittime

it should matter since USCIS recently recommended changing from eb3 to eb1 or 2 if you are elegible. there seems to have more availability of 1 and 2’s
