How many here have their case pending on NBC (Lee's Summit, Missouri)?
Hi all. I would like to know how the cases are progressing in that office. My son and I are adjusting status (K1 and K2 visas, after marriage to an American). Does anyone know how the case processing time goes in that office or who is adjusting status for the same reason as me?

i have been waiting my granted asylum based Gc for 2 years and recently they sent me a notice that they say they transferred the case to National Benefits Center. the reason that they say on the notice “ in order to speed up processing “

I’ve been waiting for any updates since June 14, 2021 when I did my fingerprints biometric. My medical records were not filed together with my I-485, I-131, I-765 last October 30,2020. That’s probably what’s causing the delay, essentially I’m still waiting for a medical RFE.
I already received my combo card which got approved last 8/24/2021 and haven’t heard from USCIS since. I’ve been growing anxious everyday especially seeing most of my coworkers who filed at the same time get their GC September last year. #medicalRFE #I-485EB3 #NebraskaServiceCenter

standalone I-130 - Sept 2020 - Texas - Update
was informed today that the Ombudsman request I submitted will take alot longer to process as they are not prioritizing requests that are just for out of processing time frame types. was also informed today that my local congressperson finally submitted the request from last month and it should take about 30 days to hear back. this wait is insane.
about a month ago i learned my case had been transferred from texas to my local field office in nyc back in may 2021. no other updates since then

My lawyer didn’t file my medical records together with the I-485, I-765, I-131 applications last October. As of rhe moment I haven’t seen any progress on my I-485 processing. Although I knew employment based could last up to 18 months processing. I’m just getting anxious every day since most of my coworkers who filed at the same time got their green cards already. Any advise on how I should proceed?

Do I have to bring affidavit of support?
So we received information today from the embassy that we can go ahead and schedule the interview for the K1 Visa. in their list of documents that we need to bring there is no mention of form I-134 Affidavit of Support. Do we bring it? Do all embassies ask for it or just some? Please and thank you

my I140 was approved in December 2021. my ead and travel document were approved in November 2021. the I485 was first transferred in may 2021 and today feb2022 again… I am in eb1 / L1a visa. how soon should I expect the green card?

Anyone on here that lives in Arizona?? Or anyone who is petitioning their spouse from Africa? let’s help each other with are processing by sharing knowledge. It’s confusing when the person you asking questions is in a different state or country every law if different. My form is being Actively Reviewed right now. I hope we don’t have that much longer to get approved. I miss my husband so much. #ImmigrationLove
