RFE
I need answers please!! Am I suppose to include the RFE notice letter if I’m submitting the evidence online in my USCIS account?? I know by mail you include the notice but I don’t know if I’m suppose to include RFE notice when doing it directly from my online account.

Nina MR I already submitted everything they asked for but I didn’t upload the RFE notice letter I don’t know if I suppose to upload it or not

@ ck keels, how would you submit request for medical online if the instructions say don’t open it if you are not immigration officer? I am kind of curious to know how that works. thanks

@Agealredy GC, YOU CANNOT SUBMIT MEDICAL RFE ONLINE, NEVER. It’s usually sealed and given to you, so you should mail it to them. Next day delivery is fine…it’s worth spending the money on
