@jude, I am waiting for my ead. it's more than 1 year since i filed it. the rfe was all about good moral character and submitted it. I did biometrics for I-360 and I-480 as well. My prima facie has been reviewed and granted but expired already last December. they haven't send me a new notice

my paralegal applied for c31. i have no idea what's the difference of c31 and c9 then. otherwise i should get a job by now. big companies never fail to verify my status and it's frustrating because i can't even show a piece of paper stating that my self petition is on the process. even my fafsa were put on hold because of my immig status.

if your paralegal applied under c31 it will be denied because your I-360 (vawa) is still pending .
he/she should file under c9 because you have a pending I-485 .
