How many here have their case pending on NBC (Lee's Summit, Missouri)?
Hi all. I would like to know how the cases are progressing in that office. My son and I are adjusting status (K1 and K2 visas, after marriage to an American). Does anyone know how the case processing time goes in that office or who is adjusting status for the same reason as me?

I filed my case in NBC Lee's summit Missouri in Feb 2019. actual processing time is 24 months. but after 36 months nothing change and updates regarding my case. I don't know what's going over there.

I have called yesterday to see what is happening and they told me that I have to continue waiting and that I am still within the normal processing time. I filed my case in March and they received it on the 26th. Then they sent me an RFE in June and I responded as soon as I could and they received it on July 13th. Yesterday the person who attended me told me that they are processing cases in that office for the month of April 2020.

me and my daughter we're in the same , ... making an AOS but i came with my tourist visa. Im married with a US citizen too.
