me too they don’t let me talk to them

a lot of people after talking to an agent after a day or a few days get a little advance in their case so I thought I give it a try since I’m the only working and it’s been a financial struggle but they won’t speak to me

@shailyn have the applicant call and they might be able to help i think when it comes to the i-130 the petitioner can see that part

When they ask tell them you are the applicant , his/her name , case number and whatever else they ask you . Then proceed with your question , as long as your spouse is okay with that you will be able to do it

My spouse and I called them like 3 weeks ago, I gave them all my information, after that they asked me if I allowed them to talk with the sponsor.
