no biometrics, tire 2 agent didn’t call
hello everyone! it’s been more than 7 months since my PD (July 8th) and I still don’t have a biometrics appointment. I called uscis like 3 weeks ago asking for a tier 2 agent to call me so I could get an appointment, and last week I got the email/text saying they would contact me in 1/2 business days. today I get this email instead of a call:

Regarding the status of your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
After careful review of your inquiry, we determined that your issue will be best addressed by the USCIS office processing your case; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the National Benefits Center. The referral ID for this inquiry is xxxxx. The National Benefits Center will contact you concerning your case once they have reviewed your inquiry.
anyone had this issue? experience? I’m losing my mind, I can’t even ask for expedition because I have no biometrics done. thanks!
MyUSCIS issue for the past 4 days?
“Your account functionality is limited right now due to technical issues. We are working to fix this issue.” is a red box error listing before the COVID-19 info box when I login to myuscis to track my case. I saw this the first time on Thursday, which I thought is related to their announcement that they are doing some technical work and that this will impact the ability to track and submit cases online. However, USCIS said it should be done with tech maintenance within 24 hours, but I still get this error thing. Does anyone else have this message or is it just me ? :(

hi my case has been processing now for 5 years I had a lawyer but they are not helping me I left my children back home for 5 years now and I can’t hear anything from immigration. all I can see is that my case is being reviewed. and we keep doing inquiries but nothing. yes I do get my work permit renewed but nothing else

expedite request approved but no update afterwords
I submitted the expedite request for I-765 through a congressman on Feb 2 (reason: financial loss of company - i got a letter from my boss and hr) and the expedite requeat was approved on Feb 7, but there is no update since then. I talked with Emma chat live agents and they said "i don't know when the case will be assigned to an officer for processing". I found some postings that their cases were stuck more than a month after "expedited requst approved". My case is in Texas Service Center.

letter from USCIS without status change
hi, question- I’ve signed up to USPS service where they scan the mail that comes. I see there a letter from USCIS for my i485,, but the case status hasn’t changed in the past 40+ days (that they’ve received our RFE response for medicals). until I get the actual mail, does anyone have a clue what this could be??

Hello. I submitted two different I-130 forms last month end using two different credit card payments method for my two kids. The two forms were packaged differently but was mailed together in a bigger envelope. I just got notification of receipt for one of the forms. Could there be a problem with the other form?

Will I be able to travel anytime soon?
I haven’t been able to travel for 2+ years and I have an event in Europe in late April that I’m hoping to attend. Is there any chance that my I-131 will be approved before that?
Also, how long does it take after they received a response to medical RFE to get the interview or green card?

I had an interview on Wed and it went well. after the interview, the officer told us she will review the case and incase of an approval we going to get 10yr greencard since our marriage is 2+years.
all this while she was writing everything on paper as opposed to typing on the computer. she asked for any new evidence and said we had more than enough.
now we are waiting and anxiety is killing me.
