Minneapolis applied September 2020 interview august 16 2021 no decision yet until now

I’m in St.Louis and applied my GC(EB3) on March 2021 and received my combo card on November 2021 but received my medical RFE from NY field office. Is it normal of having receive RFE from different FO rather then where I’m staying. What about you @EB-B2

I applied in september got RFE in Novemver and biometrics on 6 th January. my case is still with NBC @W A
