multiple biometric appointments
My I485 and I765 (submitted on 2/1/22) were submitted separately. I have completed biometric appointment for I485 on 2/7/22 and now been scheduled for I765 biometric appointment (notice dated 2/5) on March. Is it possible that USCIS would apply fingerprints that have been taken earlier and cancel the appointment or do I have to go to the appointment again? Thanks!
I-130 Case Approved
Has anyone's I-130 been stuck at USCIS after they approved it? Ours was approved on October 15, 2021 after our petition to reconsider was approved. It's now been 4 months and it still hasn't been sent to the Embassy for Visa Processing. I have a call in for a Tier II Officer to follow up with me. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Relocating to another state
Need ur experience and inputs. My I765 and AP approved already and my I140 &485 Pending. concurrently filed in July 2021,my FO is seattle Washington , if I relocate to another date with the same employer and same role, remote working. what happens to my 485 will it transferred to othe FO location?
RFE Responses duration
For folks who responded to RFE (non medical deficiency), what was the duration between auto response received date and “We will review the evidence” date (the latter can be seen on myuscis).
Also, after review evidence when was the next step going to be to get status change?
PD: Aug 21, RFE received: Jan 22, Biometrics: Jan 22, RFE review: Feb 22
8 month post interview and still no answer
i did my interview for my green card (remove of conditions 10 years green card) on june 2021. i called and asked for an update in end of October. they replied after 3 month with ( we are still working on it). so its been 8 almost 9 month of wait. anyone has an idea why that late?
Medical Examination question
Hi there!
I have a question for you guys, I have my medical examination scheduled, but someone who is applying with me in my family don’t have the covid vaccine and does not want to take it. I called many places that have the doctor qualified for the uscis medical examination but all of there require de covid vaccine. Does any one know what could I do to to the medical examination without the covid vaccine? Unfortunately I don’t know what to do. thanks! #medicalexamination #formi693

"Case was approved" since 02/04
After I got success to expedited my Combocard (I765/I131). my status is stuck since 02/04 as "Case was approved".
No updates to your card was mailed or anything that.
According the USCIS I need to wait 60 days to file a "no card received".
Is there anything that can I do?
Filling an appeal (I-290B) vs Start from scratch?
Long story short, USCIS lost my medical exam, and asked me to mail them. I responded to RFE letter, and mailed a new medical exam. 5 months later, I received a denial decision because of not responding to the RFE request. ( Even with the signature required tracking number shows delivered and signed by USCIS)
My question is, should I file an appeal ( I-290B) or should I just start over (I-485) ? or any other suggestions?
Please share your experiences with appeal process, how long does it take, does it really help?

Is anyone in the same run at Texas Service Center? May 2021
Biometrics was completed for all three on July 2nd, 2021 ( Status never updated and I did a check with help chat, and the agent told me they have on the file) - I have filed concurrently with medical.
My I-140 & I-485 ( For me and my spouse & one kid ) were filed on 04/30 EB1 3 & the Receipt was generated in one week and was mailed to me.

Ombudsman Request Timeline
Hi, my case for EAD renewal is now being handled by the CIS Ombudsman’s Office. They’ve just emailed me saying that they contacted the USCIS. Was anyone in a similar position? How long did it take to hear back from the USCIS with the help of the ombudsman? Thank you.
