Medical Examination question
Hi there!
I have a question for you guys, I have my medical examination scheduled, but someone who is applying with me in my family don’t have the covid vaccine and does not want to take it. I called many places that have the doctor qualified for the uscis medical examination but all of there require de covid vaccine. Does any one know what could I do to to the medical examination without the covid vaccine? Unfortunately I don’t know what to do. thanks! #medicalexamination #formi693

There's nothing to do, they are super strict with the vaccine. There's no way out, you'll have to vaccinate. If you want to have the document you will have to vaccinate, I understand you.

they will deny your application if you do not have the COVID vaccine. it’s mandatory.
USCIS ON TOPFeb 15, 2022
just like it was mandatory as kids to get vaccines it is mandatory now to get the COVID vaccine

Thanks you all! do you guys know if my AOS application could get rejected or denied? I’m fully vaccinated so is my sister, my dad who is also applying is not vaccinated. My step mom is applying for us... let me know if you guys know if my case is separated or it can be denied because of that, meaning if my dad is rejected i am too? 🙏

pleaser need help I have a RFE on November and I uploaded my document on my online account. is this ok or I must have send it also through the post office? I got a message on my online account saying recieved. is this enough? I have not heard from USCIS since that time, but I gave my biometrics on December. what should I do?

@Er Ka You could ask the Emma’s live agent. ask if they’ve received your RFE and if you will need to mail or FAX it over (they usually ask to fax it otherwise they will say it wont be necessary because they got it) don’t forget to screenshot or take a pic of the officer answers. But if you have a message saying it was received it should be okay. hope it helps!

@new I’m not sure I understand as I didn’t think a mother in law can sponsor a daughter in law? did you mean step mom? if that’s the case then yours would be ok and wouldn’t be denied if your dads was as the sponsor is your mom in law

E. Waiver due to Religious Belief or Moral Conviction[12]
1. General
USCIS may grant this waiver when the applicant establishes that compliance with the vaccination requirements would be contrary to his or her religious beliefs or moral convictions. Unlike other waivers of medical grounds of inadmissibility, there is no requirement that CDC review this waiver.
If, upon review of the medical documentation, the officer finds that the applicant is missing a vaccine and a blanket waiver is not available, the officer should ask the applicant why the vaccine is missing. The officer may request clarification during an interview or by sending an RFE.

you can do this - but this will cost you around $900 and will at least add 1 year to your case …
