Expedite through congressman and ombudsman
Hi. anyone who expedited through congressman and ombudsman, how long was the wait time for a reply from uscis? I've requested expedite in the beginning of February, still no update from either of them. I have a pending job offer that will expire in 2 days, and I've mentioned it in both my requests.
How long to get notice of received response to NOID
please any one with same experience….Responded to NOID Dec 5th, One month plus to expiration of timeline. The delivery service indicated document was accepted by someone in uscis office and signed for but up till now USCIS still haven’t updated that they receive response. please share experience with same issue and what you did. Thanks in anticipation.

Hey guys! My husband applied I-130 for me before 8 months ago. After 5 months they actively review my case and ask for RFE. And it’s already been 2 and half months that we had send RFE but they haven’t respond yet. Please can anyone tell how much time it will take to respond??tell how much time it will take to respond??

just expedited again
can you expedite I-131 while still waiting for the response from USCIS . i expedited my I -765 and no response from then and I am not even sure if my congressman reach out to them. .I expedited my I-131 saying the reason of my sick mother and also use the opportunity to state financial loss to my wife and my family - eviction notice , high outstanding bills - PSEG and internet service provider . my question is that will the second expedited requests affect my initial one ?

SUBMITTED A RFE ONLINE 5 DAYS AFTER I GOT IT BECAUSE IT WAS A MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE THAT IM SURE THEY GOT ALREADY AND ALSO A I-130a but the date I submitted it 2/14/22 wasn’t the date online at USCIS IT WAS 2/15/22 it said but it sent me text and email that an action was taken on my case but when I logged in on my USCIS account I saw nothing!! Does anyone know what’s going on???
