hello , ive expedite my 131 through emma , they gave me a confirmation number starting t*******, what do i do with that? how do I check or track??

how can I expedite my case ? and what’s the process?

how long will the wait be

my wife had her interview Jan 7 2022 my i30 for her was approved the same day the next couple of days they sent RFE for medical exam, they received it RFE response February 8 now the question is how long the wait will be also my wife is 5 months pregnant so there were some vaccinations she couldn’t get will that affect her.

I-130 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS for third times!

Hi guys, my son's case "F2b" was updated today, and it is the third time that nothing changed and shows the same status "case is being actively by USCIS" First time was Sep 30th, 2021, the second time was yesterday, Feb 14th, 2022, and today Feb 15th. :( Is anyone has the same experience? I am confused about what is going on! #i-130 #f2b

we are divorcing w my wife and probably she is going to withdraw the case like this week. my ead is producing, do you think they will still mail it to me ?

How long can get final decision after interview?

I just have done my I-485 (marriage based) interview last week Wednesday at Long Island FO They told me I’m doing good the end of the interview, and I will receive conditional green card after 2-3 weeks I’m doubt it because I still not get any update after 1 week… Is that normal for wait that long for approval even they told you approved in interview??

My case is December 9th 2020. i-485, i-131, i-765 all submitted together! today make it 435 days over 14 months and nothing to show . This is high level of wickedness🤣😂🤣. It's becoming very difficult to bear this!!

Combo card timeline

can Emma live agent help me with the approx timeline for my combo card approval (c9)? i expdieted twice but they refused. I see many people got approved who filed in August 2021.

on our receipt notice it says Nebraska is processing our case but online on lawfully says Nebraska doesn’t process IOE cases ,how true is this

I took my fingerprints and photos on September 22 and my case has been stuck since then. it wasn’t even updated to “ fingerprints were taken “. 🤷🏾‍♂️
